    can printers be controlled programmed from excel

    hi
    have a question can a printer be controlled within excel ,i know there is a print dialog box that can be called,but can it go further and be controlled through vb ,a macro to pick printer and a4 paper, double sided,landscape ect,or would this be to much

    You can select a printer with application.activeprinter, but to go much beyond that, you need Windows API.
