Adding records that meet criteria to Listbox

I wish to display records that meet a criteria in a Listbox. There would be a maximum of fifty records to test against the criteria and the records that do satify the criteria would then be added to the Listbox to be displayed. I have managed to get this to work, however, it only lists the first column data for each record. I need to display all twelve columns for each selected record.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
