How to unhide rows that are not hidden

Hello. I was looking at a spreadsheet and it went from row 20 to row 51 but you can't see anything. I tried to unhide rows but nothing happens. So it just appears that each row is made really small and I can double click each one and they expand it. Is there a less time consuming way to get all the rows to expand? Thanks.

try selecting the lot format row height auto fit
or select the lot and double click any divider between rows

You select all rows including one before and one after then you right click you mouse while the cursor is in the row numbers area (at left) and select to change the rows height. They will all be changed at the same time.
