[Solved]Refrence Formated Cells and Copy Different Cells to New Sheet.

I am trying to develop a macro that will scan sheet 1, columns C and D, for red or yellow conditionaly formated cells.
If one is found, I would like it to copy the value in coulmns A, B, and D only, to a new sheet or even workbook (prefered). There is a lot more to it than this, but I am hoping that I can ask for the solution to an "easier" problem and I can expand and adapt it to what I need, maybe with some additional help.
