    copying spreadsheets to other sheets

Is ther some way to copy a spreadsheet over to another sheet without losing column widths and having to resize? I just do a simple copy and paste and it does not work very seemlessly.
    Thanks

WITHIN A FILE: Click on the tab, hold the CTRL key (a + will appear), drag it over and drop it. Complete and total copy, with column/row sizes, formatting, etc.

FROM ONE FILE TO ANOTHER: Right click on the tab, select Move or Copy, check the box Create a Copy, select the workbook (file) you want it put into and where you want it, click OK.
