Link Drop Down Box

hi there,hope someone can help me on this problem
i have a workbook about mortgage. and i need to link the information in sheet1(Refinance Rate 2012) with sheet4(Refinancing Outstanding Balance).
i already create one combo box to link the company name with the BLR. But out of idea on how to link it with another three variable.
For the reference,i post my workbook.
