Excel Graph Range: "Series formula is too long"

    Hello,

I am using Excel 2010 and I am trying to create a graph that contains 18 points. However I am getting the error "Series formula is too long". I have realized if I have 17 points it works. I really do need to have all 18 points however due the error it will not properly compile the program.

Is there any solution or simple fix to this? Any help will be gladly appreciated.

how are you actually creating the series formula? are you using the range address or its values?

I am using its actual values. I am using calculations to put values into those specific cells (ie. D1, F1, J1 etc), then trying to graph using the specific values in those cells.

then I'd suggest linking to the ranges instead of putting the literal values into the formula-it's probably that (the decimal places) that makes the formula too long
