Parent Directory??

Hi All

Can anyone tell me how in VBA to extract the name of the Parent Directory just one step back from the file location.

e.g.

C:\Parent 1\Parent 2\Parent 3\document.xls

I would like to return Parent 3, unfortunately, the number of sub directories can vary significantly and is not limited to 3 as in the example above.
