EXCEL: Ensuring Data Validation Is Not Deleted

    Dear All

I' am facing problem in protecting the Data Validation Cells via VBA. I' have written a code which is available in the attached file, please download the same and help me with the below points.

Following points are after the code work. Help me to update the code.

    1) Merged Cells with Data Validation are not allowing me for the Multiple selection.
    2) If I' copy Single Cell from different workbook, I' am able to paste it in the Merged as well as unmerged cells with data Validation.
    3) If I' copy other cell with data validation and paste it over another data validation cell, it allow me to paste and do not undo completely, Or redo the same.
    4) I' have highlighted the header where I' want to select multiple contents from the data validation list.
    5) If I' select multiple Items from the data validation list, and copy paste the same cell in below cell from the same column, code doesn't allow me to do the same.

    In short:
    1) No action could allow me to destroy the data validation.
    2) but if I" copy the contents which are available in the validation list should allow to copy paste.

    Any help will be appreciated

    Thanks In Advance
    Milind
