macro; sheet1, searches sheet2, updates and overwrites sheet3

Hi, I am new to the creating of formulas in Excel and just made my first macro that reorganizes my main sheet (which is as far as I have gotten); My issue is:
-Sheet1 column A has variables that are also in sheet2 column A.
-Sheet1 and sheet2 variables change daily (as I re-export the updated sheets daily)
-I want sheet1 (A) variables to find the sheet2 (A) vairables that are the same and then copy the row they are found in (A:**)
-I want the copied sheet2 row to then move to find the same variable in sheet3 (will be in column A as well) and overwrite that row only if G is blank AND H is the same in sheet3 as it is in sheet2.

Anything that gets me even a little closer would be greatly appreciated. Like I said... I know nothing, but would love to someday be an asset to this forum, so Thanks for the help!

Do you have a sample that you can upload?

    To Attach a File:

    1. Click on Go Advanced
    2. In the frame Attach Files you will see the button Manage Attachments
    3. Click the button.
    4. A new window will open titled Manage Attachments - Excel Forum.
    5. Click the Browse... button to locate your file for uploading.
    6. This will open a new window File Upload.
    7. Once you have located the file to upload click the Open button. This window will close.
    8. You are now back in the Manage Attachments - Excel Forum window.
    9. Click the Upload button and wait until the file has uploaded.
    10. Close the window and then click Submit.
