    add attachments and send macro buttons

    Hi,
    in the attached spreadsheet i would like to be able to use the buttons to attach documents and to send the spreadsheet to an email address.
    for the attach documents button, i would like for users to be able to press this button and then be able to select documents from their computer and attach them in the white space next to the buttons.
    for the send button, i just want the user to be able to press this button and a pop up will show up saying 'Send Completed Form?' and if they select 'yes' it will send the spreadsheet to a selected email address.
