Hello!

It is not clear which columns you want to merge if you have duplicate rows, but I assumed it is the reward column. Try the attached

Sorry. I want to consolidate all row data for every Group1 number.
Still no clear! I presume you are referring to column 2(B), so if there duplciates in column B what do you want to do with the rest of the columns? How do you want to consolidate?
Each student has multiple rows of information and only data in columns N:R need to be consolidated into one row. The goal is to be able to print a letter for each student showing them want their awards are. If all of the award information is combined into one row then I know how to export each row to an award letter to print out.
I have ameded the above code (Attached), but you have not specified how the texts to be merged in to one with out a separator.
Awesome! Thanks!
Actually, is there a way not to combined the values or can each additional row of information (Award Type), for each student, can be added to the blank columns to the right of the original row information? For example, is it possible to perform a pivot table function to get my result?
Yes, Pivot Table should do.

Ironically, I need help with something similar.
I have a list of companies and employees, if a company has more than 1 employee listed, I need to combine all instances of the employees into 1 row per company separated by a comma. I've looked through some of the examples posted, but my macro and vb skills are terribly rusty.
Can someone please help?Sample.xlsx
NotAvg1,
I am afraid it is against forum's rule to post a thread on some one else's thread. You need to start your own thread as new one
