Renaming worksheets names based on cell value in main worksheet

Hi,

I am importing worksheets "Week 1" to "Week 5" from a workbook named in cell "H12"

I would like to rename the worksheets being imported to be - "Week 1 - "U3" " and so for the rest of the weeks. Where "U3" are initials.

Example - "Week 1 - JB"
