    Filter / Report Top 10 Values with identifier into new spreadsheet / table / report style

    Hi Everyone,

    I have a load of Census data in an excel format. It has ancestry values for each postcode (2000+) and I want to get the TOP 10 Values from each (with their identifier) - so for instance;

    Postcode 2000 - Top 10 would be 1. 4000 (chinese) 2. 2131 (indian) 3. 2000 (Vietnamese) ETC ETC ETC and so forth.

    Would this be possible? I Know it's not an easy task and sounds like a big job, But having to manually do this is.. well.. a much bigger job.

    In essence it would look like postcode + Cell identifer + cell value for each postcode. I have attached the test data.

    Regards,

    Steve

    Hello steverokh,

    The attached workbook contains formulas on "Sheet2" that are linked to "Sheet1". It lists the postal code in column "A" and the ancestry in columns "B:K" like "1. 4000 (Chinese)", etc.
