I want to find the last used row in col A range a4:a44 and when it finds the last used cell copy col f range f4:fx where x is the number of the last used row, and paste values into sheet 2 a1. If the last used row in the range has value 0 then I want it to move 1 row up and use that as the last row.

That is correct arlu. But I'll need the last used row -1 if the last used rows value is 0
