Copy files from VM Ware to the local or the network path usign Excel Macro

Hi,


Questions
1) I want to copy the file from VM Ware machine and paste it to the network drive or on the local system.
Ex:a) Copy file from my VM. (Do I need to take IP address : xxx.xx.xx.xxx in consideration)
b) Paste the file to the network path which is available on the intranet using the local computer.
c) This needs to be done using excel macro.

Any help will be highly appreciated.
