Skipping blank cells while copying and pasting in the first blank cell of Column B

I have a spreadsheet (attached to this thread) where a user has to enter information under the "Add Indicators" columns after clicking the appropriate radio button for the program. Once the user has entered information, he or she can click the Add button, and I require the program name (i.e. S9), and all the models that the user has entered indicators for, and the actual indicators to get copied, while skipping any blank cells under the Add Indicator columns and pasted to the first blank cell of Column B under Records (in the current file, that's Row 16). If someone can give me even the slightest bit of help, that would be great as I am really new to VBA.
