Macro that inserts updated data on new line

Hello,

I have a sheet that has a number in cell F8 that updates every minute.

However, I would like excel to automatically post this updated number in a new row underneath the last data value. I would also like it to label each new data point by a value 1, 2, 3,...

I would like excel to copy the updated data in cell F8 to a new row every minute.

Could you please help me?
