Hi All,
i have created a single form and a table linked on sheet 2.
I would like to know how i can use the form to populate the table, so that i can delete the information from the form and reuse it to popluate the second row?
Fill out form - Polpulates Row 1
Print form and delete information in the form - Row 1 information remains
Fill out form - Populates row 2
Print form and delete information in the form - Row 2 information remains
etc.
Is this possible?
I have attached a sample document.
