Return Values From 2 Columns Based On Selections From 2 Comboboxes

Hi,

I have a column of shift times (7:00-15:00 etc) and next to that a column of names. I have 2 comboboxes one with a start time and one with a finish time. I need to be able to select a range from those two comboboxes, then have all namescopied to one of 7 other columns that the user chooses from the 3rd combobox.

Additionally, I also need to be able to "shuffle" or "randomize" the names once they've been copied to the other column so that they are not always in the same order.
