Refrences and stuff

Hi there,
I am making an excel 'programm'. But now I have a few problems.
First I want that when a cel value is 'V', '10' or 15' that the name in the cel next to it appears in another cel.
And the same with every value but 'V', '10' or '15', so when it is for example 1.
For example:
Alfa 15
Beta V
Gamma 3
Delta 10

Alfa, Beta and Delta appear in an separate row. And Gamma (because it isn't V, 15, 10) in another row.
If anyone can help, please!
