I am trying to create a userform where I have a textbox that the user inputs a value and then chooses between two option buttons. Then I want it to send the value in the textbox to corresponding cells that are in the worksheet. I am attaching a picture of what I trying to do. Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the Forum!
You should post a copy of your workbook. This will allow for developing and testing solutions to your problem. Looking at your picture, I would suggest adding a Command Button labeled "Enter". This will allow the user the chance to look over the information and make any changes before postig it to the worksheet.
