Macro to Find & Replace existing formula with text in referenced cells

I'm working on an automated summary sheet in a monthly production tracking report. I'm trying to create a macro in Sheet "Key Accounts" that will search C21:D105 to find the text in C4 (previous month) and replace that with the text in C2 (current month).

I've been trying to figure it out on my own and have been searching for solutions, but haven't come across anything useful yet; any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated! Sample file attached...SAMPLE Transient Production 2013 Template.xls
