Clear content of range of cells if value is ""

Hey,

I have two columns: E and F,
E has labels and F has an IF formula that returns account numbers if correspondent cell in G has numeric values, other wise cell in column F returns "".

The problem is that once the sheet is populated, those cells that in F that have "", cover the rest of cell content in column E. Text in column in E is only visible as far as the column width allows; but I need the column E at a certain width. See ATTACHED

I ran this piece of code, but it is not doing anything. Where did I go wrong?
