deleting an entry in a userform

Hi, I was wondering how I could delete an entry's entire row via a userform.

I've uploaded a file. When you click on the MyFriends button select a friend and click OK, it writes the friends' name on the line.
What I'm trying to figure out is, if I select Ted Jones, for example, and if I click Delete. How can I remove the entry from the MyFriends tab?

One quick question I had was, is it possible to pop up a dialogue box that warns and asks the user to confirm before deleting an entry? Thank you!
