Search a column across multiple workbooks and return the value of a different cell.

I'm not sure if this requires VBA or not but I've been unable to come up with a solution using just formulas so far.

I have multiple workbooks in multiple sub-directories used for tracking test results(A,B,F). The workbooks each have 13 sheets. One summary sheet and 12 sheets named for the machine whose results are being tracked. These sheets check for a pattern of Fails. Once a threshold is met the port is flagged with the string "Flagged" in Column E, one row above the results themselves. What I'm trying to do is create a sheet that will return the location(machine number and port number) of any "Flagged" port.

The second part of my issue may or may not actually be doable but I'll ask anyway. Once I have these results I have to send someone out to fix the flagged port. When they're done I need to be able to reset that status of "Flagged" back to "Good" until the threshold is exceeded again.

Attached is an example of the data page I need to pull info from. As I said before there would be 12 of these sheets in a each workbook, each named individually for the machines the track.
