find matching data from one cell in different column

Hi guys, so I think this should be relatively simple... I have invoice numbers starting in column A row 2 of workbook1. I need too add to current VBA code so for each invoice number listed it looks in a workbook named QB Output and finds the same invoice number in column D. If it finds it, I need the text data in column H of the same row to be copied and pasted into column H of the same row as the initial invoice number in workbook1 came from.

I've been looking around the forums and internet trying to find something similar that I could make work, but thus far have come up empty! I'm going to keep looking, but if someone has suggestions, that would be great!
