Inserting columns and rows at the end of table with border

I'm trying to program a VBA that adds 7 columns at the end of my table with borders and 6 rows with equal hieght to above and the bottom of my table with border. the only way I have come up with involves defining exact range. But this sheet will involve information being imported and the ranges will change.
