Copy a cells formula to another cell

Hi ,
Is it possible to copy a cells formula to another cell in different sheet?

say in sht1 cell a1 has a formula "=count("F:F")"

i need this formula by running a macro in sht2 in the firs cell.

thanks... i tried this out.. but not working.. can you pls attach a sample....i need this for multiple cells copied from one sheet to another which contains formula... i need just the formula not the values only...

I think it's better you attach a sample, I'll change it and attach again
