Urgent help required PLEASE: How to create a Macro to refreh data from the web

Hi Everyone, new and friendly... I need urgent help. I have a deadline in a few hours...
I have promised my boss I can do this, but obviously not without help.
I have imported data from the web, but now am looking to create a button to run
a macro to refresh this data.
Button is easy, but the macro proves problematic. Simple reocording of a macro while
using refresh from the toolbar does not suffice.
There must be magic code for this (i have no experiene in VBA, so please be gentle..)

Anyone out there who can take pity on me? Would be greatly appreciated....
