need to calculate evolution

Hello,

I made a macro to calclulate some parts of products (macro1)

Now I need to calculate the evolution for the last period compared with the first one. (complete the yellow row)

the problem is that there is no always the same numbers of parts in every period. so I need a condition that matches first of all the parts (1,2,3,4)

and after that check if there is a number for the same product and the same part.

In the file results is what I want to obtain with that macro
