Range in code gives special problem

HI I have below codes, which give me a special result. 2 Sheets have to be changed to uppercase both for range A1:A200.

The first code is working. But the second which is called from the first dont do any thing. The codes are identically. So i cant really get it.

Please have look at below code.

I think the second Sub doesn't do anything because in Lookupsheet there is no range selected (just single cell).
I just guessing but I would do this more or less like that:

Just try it, but it is not tested and written ad hoc.

Found it now, but still think the other was weird. But below code works. Thanks my self haha
