Multiple Notification Messages based on Cell Time Values

I've been searching high and low for a way to do this but have had no luck. I have a column with 4 different times (ex. 12:00PM) listed throughout C3:C6. I am trying to create something that monitors the times in these cells (should run on workbook open) and once a time is hit, launch a notification window with a message. I'd like each time to have an individual message that I can set. Once a notification is recognized, and the user clicks "OK", start the monitoring process again for the next time in the list. Can someone give me a hand with this please?

Re: Multiple Notification Messages based on Cell Time Values

    Thanks for the response Venkat!

Though not exactly what I'm looking for, it did give me some ideas. What I'm trying to do is automatically monitor the system time and once the time is matched with one in the listed cell, then launch a notification. I've attached a sample sheet to help clarify. I'm not the greatest with the VBE, though I've been trying my hardest to learn. Any help you or anyone else can give would be deeply appreciated.

Edit: If this is even possible.
