When I attempted to download/open your workbook I received the following message:
Excel found unreadable content in 'Blankwaitlist.xlsm'. Do you want to recover the contents of this workbook? If you trust the source of this workbook, click Yes....
Please attach another workbook.

Windows 10, Excel 2007, on a PC.
If you are satisfied with the solution(s) provided, please mark your thread as Solved by clicking EDIT in your original post, click GO ADVANCED and set the PREFIX box to SOLVED.

I am not sure why it wouldn't open, i have replaced it hopefully that works.
