Developer option: Visual Basic

I tried the other post but I didn't get any response.
I hope this is the right section.

Hi:

If I remember correctly, Excel 2007 has a developer option and I can choose Visual Basic to convert the Dates into a Calendar.
However, I am not able to use the Visual Basic due to missing steps (I guess). This is only a draft not a real business activity calendar.
Please see the enclosed draft.
