Please give your Feedback if you see shorter script than this
We can not see it untill you attach your sample in excel book.
Hi, naveenkumarsjce,
a litlle bit of overkill to my taste:
And I won´t really use a function for that but rather a procedure. There should be any kind of feedback if the function did fulfill what it was about to do.Please Login or Register to view this content.
@AB33
I do not agree as this function can only be called from inside a VBA code.We can not see it untill you attach your sample in excel book.
Ciao,
Holger
Use Code-Tags for showing your code:
Your Code here
Please mark your question Solved if there has been offered a solution that works fine for you
Hi Holger ,
Whether it is a sub or a function, or calling a function from anywhere I could not give a feeback by just looking at the code.
You can, that is your choice.
Or you can try with code just copy paste to any sheet to see if it works or not
Thanks, Can you provide me the link for using these kind of instructions. as i am new for Excel script but i know VB6.0 Coding
Hi, naveenkumarsjce,
could you please be a bit more precise on
Arrays, Loops, Functions, Subs?these kind of instructions
Ciao,
Holger
function as you can see in code itself
Hi, naveenkumarsjce,
Macros And Functions, Writing Your Own Functions In VBA and VBA Functions along with the VBA-Help and the Object Browser in the VBE (F2) should deliver a start.
Ciao,
Holger
