Lookup OR Find value of Colum F in Column G and Provide output in Column H

I want to lookup/find the value of Column F in Column G and need a specific output in Column H.

Explanation of Columns:

Column F: Value to be looked up
Column G: Values in which we need to look up/find the value
NOTE: Values in Column G are present in the format P-Value (i.e. P-Contact Planning and Executions,P-Customer Acquisition, P-New Business and/or Renewal Processing) OR S-Value (i.e. S-Contact Planning and Executions,S-Customer Acquisition, S-New Business and/or Renewal Processing)
Column H: Output Column

I am explaining my problem with two examples below:

1. I need to find the value present in cell F2 i.e. "Contact Planning and Execution" in cell G2 i.e. "P-Contact Planning and Execution,P-Customer Acquisition, P-New Business and/or Renewal Processing" and if "Contact Planning and Execution" is present in G2 then given me "P-Contact Planning and Executions" as an output in cell H2 (Output in this case will be "P-Contact Planning and Execution")

2. I need to find the value present in cell F7 i.e. "Payment Processing" in cell G7 i.e. "S-Claims Investigation,P-Claims Lifecycle Management,P-Claims Notification,S-Payment Processing" and if "Payment Processing" is present in G7 then given me "S-Payment Processing" as an output in cell H7 (Output in this case will be "S-Payment Processing")

I am also attaching the excel sheet in which there are 9 rows only, however I need a macro which would work for several rows below. I tried various formulae but its not working at my end.
