Merge duplicate values with other columns of different values

I have a spreadsheet where the first column has duplicate values with the remaining last for columns with different values. I would like to merge the first column with the duplicate values that would also contain the value from the last four columns. I have attached a file with a sample of the data. Can someone please help me with this?
