    Consolidate worksheets

I had this sheet consolidation macro working, in part -- I was very close to done, but ran into a problem with the data being displayed incorrectly on the output sheet... I played with a few lines and next thing I knew... I'd blown it.

The only thing that seems to be working correctly now is the offset to insert the tab name for the corresponding sheet. The data that is being reported, however, has already been explicitly copied previously in the script..

I don't have the slightest idea why it's doing what it's doing now or what caused it (other than my weak VBA skills).

Rather than torture myself further, would someone be so kind as to lend a fresh eye to this and let me know what I'm doing wrong?

    TIA...

    Re: Consolidate worksheets

So was it just that I was reusing the previous LR/LC values that caused the incorrect range being copied?

I'm sure there's probably a cleaner, simpler way to achieve this, I just wasn't sure how to get there without all the extra code.

The column offset was what was causing me the problem -- When it wasn't causing the problem, it was copy/paste cell size inconsistencies.

Anyhow, thank you, again, Jaslake -- you understood perfectly...

    Hi numbnuts

This was the bulk of the issue
I was reusing the previous LR/LC values that caused the incorrect range being copied
If you compare the original Code to the revised Code you'll see I've changed things like this

and like this (added the leading DOT)

    Nothing major...

By the way...how did that other project workout? I believe I have the formating resolved...

    Re: Consolidate worksheets

This consolidation related to that other project -- I don't have permission to modify the existing templates, so I needed to use the original formatting which is what I was attempting to correct by modifying the original data with this "consolidation" macro and then sending output to the "data" sheet on the other project... I haven't yet put it all together yet -- ran out of time... I just happened to forget to copy the file at home and noticed your question at the bottom of your last post...

I'm at work now and unfortunately can't justify much time, if any to this at the moment -- tied up again with slow burning fires... <sigh>
