Query with multiple parameters

I have Excel 2007, using MS Query towards SQL server.
I need help to find the correct code/method to get the following working:

I want to run the query below on a number (max 50) of DATA14. DATA14 and ACCID are variables that the user will change. The ACCID parameters will be the same for each column and DATA14 will vary. So for DATA14 =2, I want the result in B7 and C7, for DATA14 =4 in B8 and C8 and so on.
The idea was to run the query for each parameter set OR to create a table as output, but I do not know how to.
