VBA to cycle through pivots - clear and only select certain items in a Pivot Field

Hi, i've got a sheet with lots of pivots - every pivot shares a filter for "Role" and there are multiple items. However, every pivot shares 3 common entries for this filter.

I need a vba module that cycles through each pivot table in the sheet, finds the "Role" filter and selects only the three items i want, and deselecting all others.

I'm still a beginner in VBA and i'm banging my head against a brick wall with this. Have tried macro recorder which is unhelpful and can't find it on google!
