print cell with time formating

I am trying to get a text file printed from Excel
I have this

It works but my column 9 and 10 are time formats and when this prints to text file it prints the value as a decimal.
I need it to maintain the time format of 22:00 etc...

What would I change .Value to to accommodate this?

Use Text property instead of Value Property for correct text format.
