I cannot transfer data into a template using a command button

I need to order food for quite a lot of people and find it very time consuming.

I have created an order template for pizza orders, whereby users can select their food order using a template and can only use drop down boxes, using data stored on a hidden data sheet.

I am quite new to excel and I wanted to automate this whole process as follows:

    1. User would receive email to place order
    2. User would access template and complete order
    3. user would click submit and all data would be transferred into a master list that would find the next empty row and populate.

I could then work with the master list.

I have attached the spreadsheet in the hope that someone can help, I know the solution I want, I just don't know how to get there!!
