Save as specific path and name

    Hello,

I would like to create a Marco button that would allow me to save the "PROFORMA" sheet in the path defined in J6 with the following format =CONCATENATE(J8;"_";J9;"_";J7)

[COMPANY]_[EVENT]_[DATE] so it should read like: company01_World mobile_24.03.2013

So the attach fie will be the "master" file that should not be saved.

    Many thanks,
    Graig

As You provided me with the correct answer I would like to know if there is a way from the previous macro or by creating another button to save the file the same way as we did before but as pdf file and to print the document out only the sheet2 out?

    Hi, Graig,

please note that the Ranges are taken from the active Sheet, you may have to reference them with the sheetname if it´s not the active sheet these data are on. Please change the sheet name to be printed to suit (I´m using a local german version so my second sheet is called Tabelle2 or refer to Sheets(2) the second sheet in the order from left (may also be a chart sheet) or Worksheets(2) which is the second worksheet from left). And yes, I used the preview function:
