Find date and delete all below it

I have the below which doesn't work for some reason. I want it to find the date in P1 in column B and when it finds the date that will be in P1 to delete that row it finds it on and all rows below it.

Thanks for the quick reply John. Doesn't work though. Does the fact that P1 is a formula matter?

It runs John. But it only deletes one row one row instead of all the rows below.

No it shouldn't matter. Can you post a spreadsheet with some sample data to test on?

I tried it on your sample, and it doesn't work either. When I created some data it worked. I think it may have problems with your custom formats. I can't figure this one out.

You can alter column B and set it to whatever format you want, same with P1. Does that help?

Anyone else know why the sample sheet above does not work?

This seems to work, but it messes up the formula's you have in Column I.
