Rename Multiple Sub-folders

Hi

I have a folder "A" having about 50 sub-folders, each sub-folder have a particular date folder added on daily basis, but out of these 50 sub-folders 25 sub-folders have date folders having name as "03-25-2013 06-00" and rest 25 folders have "03-25-2013 05-59".
Since I have to further run a macro which require only one name for date folder say "03-25-2013 06-00" for all 50 sub-folders, So I have to manually rename the date folder "03-25-2013 05-59" to "03-25-2013 06-00" for all the remaining 25 folders.
Is it possible to do the same using excel macro, If so Please suggest a Macro code for the same.
