VBA Code to delimit Column A and Replace cells in Col E

I need a macro code to delimit column A to other with a "|" and to find and replace cells in Column E with those values that equal PMACLN840 to blanks and "=" to space.

HI,

So in column A everything is consolidated into one cell. Delimiting it would spread the data into other columns.

After delimiting it,I must find and replace cells in column E that contains PMACLN840 and replace it with a black space. Same goes with cells that contain a "=" (some cells are in formulas) and replace it with a space/blank.

Then i need to save it as a XLSX or workbook 2007 instead of a .csv file cause the macro only looks up the workbook file
