VBA Paste Command is reversing SOME dates!?

I Hope someone can help with this.

User Copies text from a *.txt file. Presses a button that then pastes to a Sheet. Only problem is its pasting SOME dates in reverse:

07/01/2012 - Should be 01/07/2012

07/04/2012
07/05/2012
07/06/2012
07/07/2012

14/07/2012
15/07/2012
16/07/2012

If I Ctrl+V it fine.

Anyone got any Ideas?

And that still doesn't work!

because your values are text and vba defaults to a us locale you have to use
