How to open a xlsb format from 2010 version in Excel 2003 ?

    Hello guys,

I tried all day to find a response to this question both searching on Google and making my own tests. The problem is following. I have a file saved in Excel 2010 but in binary format (xlsb). This file is also saved as shared and it is necessary to remain shared. When my colleagues, which use Excel 2003, try to open this file 2 things are happening:

    1. they are forced to open this xlsb file as read only ...
    2. the shared mode (saved properly in 2010) seems to disappear ...

When I tried in reverse order, starting to share the workbook in 2003 and after that to save it as xlsb it forced me to save the file as xls ...
To be more specific regarding this compatibility issue I have attached my sheet, saved as xlsb in shared mode. Thanks in advance for any solution.

PS. Excel 2003 users have installed the latest Office Service Pack 3 (Microsoft, with Compatibility Pack for the 2007 Office included)
