Hide a row based on value

I am attempting to hide an entire row if the value in a specific cell is less than 3. I was attempting to use an If Then, but it doesn't seem to work... Any help would be appreciated. I've tried both pieces of code below but neither is working...

    For Each Row In [A6:I2000]
    If Cell("$I2") < 3 Then Rows("2:2").Hidden = True
    Next Row

    For Each Cell In [A6:I2000]
    If Cell("$I2") < 3 Then Rows("2:2").Hidden = True
    Next Cell
